Refund/Return Policy: 

At Lined Design, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and quality. If for any reason we make an error on an order, we will replace it free of charge. However, if a customer submits their order information with mistakes or typos, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered.
